D-Ribose Is Vital If You're Battling Cardiovascular Problems

D-ribose supplies heart cells with energy and so much more.

It is a simple five-sided sugar that supports the production of ATP (adenosine triphosphate) levels in cardiac and skeletal muscle. ATP also aids the heart’s muscle contraction. The more it contracts, the more blood it accepts.

Scientific research demonstrates that when ATP levels fall, so does diastolic function (the resting phase of the cardiac cycle when the healthy heart relaxes and accommodates incoming blood volume). D-ribose enhances the recovery of myocardial ATP, which improves overall cardiac function.

Similar to its cohorts CoQ10 and L-carnitine, D-ribose can be instrumental in treating a myriad of cardiovascular problems including arrhythmia, angina, heart failure, peripheral vascular disease, statin-induced myalgia, and the rescue of any muscle tissue that is starving for oxygen. It also helps to reduce many heart risk factors.

In addition, the documented benefits of D-ribose include enhanced physical strength, greater endurance during weight training, less free-radical stress during strenuous exercise, and fewer symptoms of fibromyalgia.

I recommend that my patients take 5 g two to three times a day as a smart way to beat cardiovascular problems.

Last Wednesday I learned about D-ribose + Dr. Sinatra from a nutritionist at Willner Chemist. Bought "The Sinatra Solution" + D-ribose. Earlier that day was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation. The physician prescribed Coumadin. Is it OK to take Coumadin with D-ribose? Thank you!

I am a physician practicing complementary medicine in Costa Rica and want the public to know how wonderful L-carnitine in conjunction with Q10 is for heart patients, I have had hundreds of patients with CHF chronic heart failure that come off all of their medication and the anecdotes are so remarkable that people would not believe them if i wrote them here. It is worthy to note that l-carnitine is 66% of the hearts metabolism and very few physicians even know this and Q10 is remarkable in treating any kind of cancer. It is my hope that all patients with any heart disease will take this combonation and on top of that it was just found that 600 mg of Q10 goes to the cell and deactivates the gene of aging called the SIR-2!!!!!!!!!!!!! which is unbelievable
